A child had to be rescued from a pool at the rockville swim and fitness center. The child is now at the hospital. Tom roussey is live with the breaking details. We just heard molts ago that moments ago that that girl is being stabilized at the local hospital for transport to Childrens Hospital. Let me show you what happened at the swim center at 2 40 this afternoon, they believe she jumped off the low dive and went in the water and everything seemed fine. She swam towards the ladder on the side and they believe she touched the ladder. At some point something went wrong. One witness described it almost as a medical condition and she fell back in the water. And it was after that lifeguards rescued her. This is from our chopper this afternoon after this happened. According to the superintendent lifeguards got the girl out of the pool and an ambulance showed up not longer after that and she was taken to a local hospital. One witne ....
