Storm barry may no longer be a hurricane, but emergency teams are warning that heavy rain and strong winds will continue to batter americas gulf coast for some time to come. The storm made landfall in the last few hours, about 15 miles west of new orleans, with winds of around 70 miles an hour. These are pictures from along the gulf coast as the storm was approaching.
