We are on standby waiting for chp to arrive to give us more details on the accident as the investigation progresses and to also give us a sense on how traffic has moved this morning with the rain. Reporter throughout the coffee park area crews are at work cleaning up the slots so they can be returned to the owners for rebuilding unpolluted. Looking around and being honest, you have to conclude the real building will take a very very long time. Reporter today army corps of engineers and epa contractors moved into higher gear cleaning up debris. It is such a big job many lots are being covered with tarps and barriers that will keep toxic ashes from watching out of the lots and into drains the months of winter storms ahead. Rebuilding is another matter. It is going to be 3 to 5 years. Reporter keith woods of the north Coast Builders exchange will take a decade.
