The bell tower is very beautiful addition to the church and inside the bell tower, it houses a bell that was forged by paul reveres son, joseph revere. Stamped on it, it says 1822 boston revere. Its not the only revere bell that came to washington, but it is the only one that is still in its place and being youd for its oernlg purpose. Its interesting, too, to think about this building. This is the only building on Lafayette Square that goes back to the era that it goes back to, that is still being used for the purpose for which it was built more than 200 years later. Right now on the kpix 5 news at 7 pm and streaming on cbsn bay area Santa Rosa Police issuing a warning in the last couple hours after two more of its employees tested positive for covid 19. Good evening. Eight people within the department have the virus. The chief also sent out this message to people not sheltering in place. Our department is considering additional enforcement measures if we continue to see people out and about in violation of the order. I cannot emphasize this enough. Our Police Officers and staff who are potentially exposed to coronavirus as they respond to calls for service need you to stay home so they can continue to go to work. The other headlines tonight a huge jump in coronavirus hospitalizations statewide. The governor said they nearly have doubled over the past four days.
