The former Key Bank building at 107 Main St. in Winthrop has a new owner — the Winthrop Maine Historical Society, which ended a 10-year process of looking for a new home when it closed on the 2,596-square-foot building in February. The society paid $100,000 for the building, funded through donations, including a GoFundMe page. Brokers Eben Thomas, of Thomas Agency, and Mary Denison, of Lake and Denison, helped seal the deal, the society said.
