Developer Edwin Peck Sr., who built dozens of condo in Daytona Beach Shores in the 1970s and '80s, died on Tuesday. He was 104.

DAYTONA BEACH SHORES — Edwin Peck Sr. was honored at a groundbreaking ceremony for a beachside park that will bear his name, but the 102-year-old real estate developer said the honor was all his.
