In the north bay mandatory evacuations are in effect across napa county in the following areas from a school we corner to wouldnt valley road including the community of circle oaks atlas peak road to the dead in from loma vista road slash soda canyon road to the dead in all of his the ridge road sage canyon road from charles pope valley road to lower Charles Valley road. Highway 2128 from lower child valley road to monticello road. And the butts canyon road and snow valley road to spanish valley, including the various us states.
