En effet, avec une petite calculette, on peut facilement calculer la surmortalité 2020, en Europe. Mais ce n’est pas le sujet abordé ici.
Par ailleurs, il ne faudra pas oublier de la comparer à la surmortalité que l’on observe tous les ans en hiver.
Enfin, attribuer cette surmortalité au seul virus me semble abusif. Comme je l’écris : il y a 7 pays qui n’ont enregistré aucune surmortalité, alors qu’ils ont enregistrés des cas et des décès. Il y a en particulier le Luxembourg, coincé en la France et la Belgique. Si ces pays ont évité les décès, c’est qu’en France, en Belgique et ailleurs, on n’a pas fait ce qu’il fallait pour les éviter. Un manque de moyens ? Une politique inappropriée ? Une prise en charge inadaptée ? Le « Restez chez vous » ? ....
