what the federal government has to do with marriage. whether it is a heterosexual marriage or a marriage of same- sex couples. it is not in the constitution. it belongs at the state level. it should be done through contracts. everyone should have a marriage contract. we can take that problem off. if people want to have a marriage, a traditional marriage, they can go to a church and have their marriage sanctified anyway that they choose. under the law, every person in this country has to be treated equally. as far as don't ask, don't tell -- >> your time has expired, unfortunately. >>...
