To the first cold snap of the season. Up north it is even colder. We have some video from the high country with flagstaff schools on a two hour delay. Today beginning with the signing of an executive order to expand federal job Training Programs. President obama himself admitted his proposal lacks anything that could be described as a new idea. President obama so what were going to do is review all of the federal job Training Programs and were going to be supporting local ones.
