Were outraged that a young , black man was shot in the back by a Police Officer and we want to support the family of that person and also , call for the accountability of this Police Officer. Reporter Philadelphia Police commissioner richard ross has said he is disturbed by Surveillance Video and it does ant peer to follow Department Protocol but commissioner has also heard witness accounts of what is not shown in the video. Clouds are on the increase. Its mostly cloudy now, west of the city, and those clouds will continue to increase over the next couple of hours before they eventually decrease later this afternoon.
