Fears grow for missing 11-year-old boy


John Connors was last seen in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, on Friday night.
He was wearing black Nike tracksuit bottoms, a jumper and black and orange Nike trainers.
Police issued an urgent appeal to trace the boy last night and urged the public to get in touch with information.
It comes as police increased patrols in South East London today after children were followed or approached by men in four separate incidents in one week.

Scotland Yard detectives accepted parents have 'real concern and anxiety' about the spate of incidents which began when two boys were approached separately by a man in Bromley on April 30 between 4pm and 4.30pm.

Line Of Duty's Tommy Jessop details importance of giving roles to actors with disabilities

Discussing offering to roles to actors that have learning disabilities, Tommy said:  It is really important to include people with learning disabilities of all ages to show what they are truly capable of. 
'Because I really do want people to believe in us because we really are different people with different skills and ambitions.'
Chatting: The actor, 36, who has Down's Syndrome, touched on the topic while answering questions for Mecap charity, which works with people with learning disabilities
He added: 'And to quote a certain person that I played nine years ago called Hamlet, "We fools of nature are wondrous too".

Line of Duty series 6 concluded on Sunday night (May 2) with the big reveal fans had been waiting for, as the identity of H was finally revealed.
While some fans found the big reveal to be an anti-climax, for actor Nigel Boyle, who played DSU Ian Buckells (aka H), filming the interrogation scene was a "bucket list" moment.
"It was amazing to read the scripts and see the interrogation scenes," he said. "It had always been on my bucket list to do them and to find out I had two of them was great!

Line of Duty's Ryan Pilkington was almost recast


Gregory Piper was just 13 years old when he first appeared in the show, and his return was a great bit of continuity. However, the actor has admitted that the role could have easily been recast when it came time to bring him back.
Line of Duty alumni, Craig Parkinson, Gregory said: "One day I was at college rehearsing for a play and on my phone was 'Oh my God,
Line of Duty are getting in touch about Ryan', completely out of the blue. It really took me as a surprise."
He recalled the team asking: "'Okay, obviously we need to find out if you still act. Like, do you still do this anymore?' So then I felt very eager to show them I’m still here, I still really want to do this."
