Incredibly sad scene that we see on northbound 101. You can see the far right lanes are blocked because of this terrible crash that happened just before 12 30 am. We understand the taxi driver was driving on northbound 101 with an active fair carrying two passengers when they were hit by a driver coming the wrong way on northbound 101.
