Story. Family tells us it started as a super bowl celebration they say the kids were playing outside some in the street right here when the man drove down and hit the toddler. We were able to talk with the mother of the toddler last night she says her two year old daughter and also her son were playing on a scooter. Then a man driving a white van hit them.
