I do not believe there is merit. On june 26, the department of justice sent a letter concluding the appointment of the special counsel is not warranted. Can you explain the determination as to why special counsel is not needed . We look at the regulations. We go by the law. We look at what the regulations are. We have talked about it in this hearing. Ms. Bossermans activities do not come near the regulation for her disqualification. There is no reason to take it away from the normal, regular doing a job. Other people were involved.
