Detectives are investigating the kidnapping and believe it is the same suspect who committed the kidnapping at the top of the Hill Apartments on february 13th. Reporter last monday the victim was taken from the park lot at the top of the Hill Apartments in north wilmington. She, too was forced to do her own into her own car taken to an atm and ordered tocash. The suspect struck her ie sexual contact. She was released back at the complex.
