You can see Tropical Storm harvey swirling over the region which got hit with 25 inches of rain overnight. A near record for a 24hour period and torrential rains along with neighborhoods underwater. Our station in port arthur is Live Streaming their coverage on facebook and people are commenting saying theyre trapped in their homes with nearly five feet of water and there are oreos of dozens of people who are also trapped in a bowling alley.
