Abuse that he was found guilty, they call it something given in juvenile court, but that he was found guilty of abusing a child at age 13. Now, the big question is whether that should have appeared in a criminal background check conducted by the Prince Georges County schools when he was hired a couple of years ago as a teachers aide. A paid teachers aide. He was working just as a volunteer last year before he was a paid teachers aide. They should have done a criminal back undercheck. The schools insist that that juvenile record would not have come up, that it would only have come up after he had been charged as an adult.
