So yesterday i went and met, hes a hero and inspiration, he is a retired Army Sergeant and he worked in iraq and he lost his partner next to him when in ied went off and he lost a leg. So he went through deep depression like many of our vets do. And so he started doing yoga. I got wounded in 2004, im here today to do yoga. Its important to note that 22 veterans lose their lives every day in america. Thats absolutely insane if you think about it. They need some help. So we met up with the Wounded Warrior project and worked with them for a few years, he went out and spoke to people and ultimately became a yoga teacher. Its not about pollen its about how you get back up. But yoga means is it something i can save a life. He doesnt want this to be veterans doing yoga, he wants it to be bring a veteran to yoga. Im asking them all to invite a warrior to yoga. So 1600 people people do yoga at 1600 warriors or veterans that might turn something new and maybe their involvement in yoga will help
