Good afternoon in the news this noon, parents, students and teachers gathered to call for more funding for Philadelphia Schools. And a raging overnight fire destroyed a home while the family was on vacation. But the big story is breaking news, a two Star Army General is killed in an attack west of kabul afghanistan. The incident happened at camp karga. He is the highest ranking military official to ever be killed in the war in afghanistan. 15 others were wounded in the attack. And half of them were americans, it happened when someone in an afghan army uniform snuck on to the base. A Brigadier General was also wounded in the attack. Year old in a freezer in the basement dead. They also say she was naked. Now police arent saying who lives here but neighbors tell us the womans son lives here and was taking care of her m say they havent seen the lady in long time. Others say they didnt even know about her. Actually i never saw the mom and ive been here 23 years. Never ever. I never saw the mom. I just found out today he had a mother there. That is shocking. Its kind of scary. You dont expect that. Ive been around here for over 30 years. Reporter back here live, were told no one is in custody. Police are still investigating the cause of this death and in the meantime as we mentioned theyre in the process of bringing that freezer outside of the house. The body still in it.
