Reporter a 15yearold believed to have fired the gun is charged with Involuntary Manslaughter while a 17yearold who apparently loaded it was discharged thursday night with recklessly endangering another person. The group of friends were reportedly playing with that gun after discovering it in a vacant home. Its heartbreaking.
