my view, was in the d block 700 megahertz range and you would think that would've been ideal. and the principle they are is, what if we take a segment of spectrum and we have two shared between public safety and a commercial network. with the understanding that when there's an emergency or in need in the public safety area, they could accommodate more and more of the fact round. but under normal circumstances, the commercial area would use it. and in exchange for having this money making capability, the commercial people could pay for the whole network in the public safety people wou...
