About 6 30 this morning, 20 different lightning strikes. One person told me the big one shook the ground. He said it sounded like an explosion and saw flames almost immediately. Its burning in steep terrain. By 10 00 a. M. , they begun evacuating residents. Cal fire reports by 2 30, 70 acres had been burned. Now over a thousand acres have been burned. The lucky part right now at least, is the wind is down. That said, we still dont know how many structures have burned, if any. We do know that some are threatened.
