Philadelphia police are looking for the driver involved in a hit and run just before 11 00 last night. A 49yearold man was hit by a car in the parking lot in the rhawnhurst section of the city. Witnesses called 911 and led police to a chevy, not far from where the man was hit. Police ran the tag, came up to a 2010 chevy registered to a property in the 7,000 block of rutland street.
