This morning. The freeway was closed in both directions about 2 00 yesterday afternoon because of a woman threatening to jump from the rock overcrossing. Traffic backed up for miles northbound lanes reopened last night. But it was about 12 30 this morning before southbound traffic was moving again. And another bay area freeway was closed last night. Yeah, this time protesters blocked lanes on interstate 80 in berkeley on this third night of protests involving the grand jury decisions.
