Three alarm fire, grass ignited and peoples yards spreading the flames and threatening other homes in the neighborhood. Crews closed several of the roads leading to those homes in the fire was eventually brought under control. Firefighters and battle a series of brush fires this afternoon. Cal fire says three fires broke out and burned 211 acres. The fires were first reported around 5 pm off interstate off interstate 580 and west grant road, 10 miles east of livermore.
