A 20minute morning recess. This morning, the fingerprints evidence photographer finished testifying about prints he took pictures of that were found on a stun gun and a nine volt battery. The prosecution is trying to make the case that Antolin Garcia torress prints ended up on that battery when he allegedly used the stun gun in an attempted kidnapping in 2009. The defense is arguing that torres has transferred his prints when he restocked that nine volt battery as a tenant at safe way hill.
