Another person in critical condition. The accident happened around 2 00 it this afternoon. The witnesses say a man was walking his doc dog on the sidewalk. The dog was loose and the owner chased after his dog. That is when a driver lost control of his car and hit 2 people at the intersection of wolfe road and fair oaks. The car came to a stop near the sidewalk. Here is where we started to get conflicting information. Witnesses say the person who died was the man, the owner of the dog but a press release that we have says a woman was killed and paramedics rushed the man to the the hospital. We will try to get that information clarified soon. The witnesses say this is a badding situation already because this typically is a dangerous intersection. I almost gotten hit.
