Areas in orange triple digits. Lake county and solano county, the hottiest temperatures will be recell over 100 degrees. Its important to know the difference between heat stroke and exhaustion. Exhaustion, move insided to ac and drink cool water. When your body stops sweat, that is dangerous. That is heat stroke. Call 911 immediately. That means your body has a High Temperature and is shutting down under those conditions. Also look before you lock. Never leave children inside cars because in just 30 minutes with temperatures in the mid90s, the inside of your car can be 130 degrees. Were going to deal with the heat for another day.
