I was a fourthgrader when hollywood released the great escape starring James McqueenSteve Mcqueen and james garner and charles bronson, among others. All of the guys in my class fell in love with it. We would play at out at recess. Each one of us would take one of the roles. Of course all of us wanted to be mcqueen. He was the cooler one.
