The man in question is the owner of the wolf pak gym located here in downtown morgan hill who, as you can see in this photo, was arrested yesterday afternoon by Morgan Hill Police outside of this gym. His name is David Wolfsmith and faces ten charges related to Sexual Assault including annoying and molesting a child ask Sexual Battery by fraud.
