Three adults, speak to us about what you saw in law enforcement, how swift they made it in. when you saw the school, the school was already empty. some evacuating themselves, teachers who got those kids out, saving hundreds and hundreds of lives. this was a moment of incredible bravery by law enforcement. it takes a lot of courage to go in in that situation. you could hear in their voices that their concern is for the children, not for themselves. so no one wants to say, no one means to say that law enforcement gets everything right. we obviously know about examples about where they get it wrong. but this is just an example of such extreme bravery, of commitment to community and public service. this department should be congratulated. it s not a congratulatory event. i get that. we ve got six people, seven including the shooter, who have lost their lives. but as you say, it could have ....
