This is absolutely a temporary relocation, a wonderful facility, neighborhood it is. We dont intend to or want to be there very long. Were only there because we have to. The project as i said is no new construction. We are using the building asis, as provided by the exploratorium use. Academy of arts i think painted it and did a few things. Our lease is for 11 months as we said. We are using the exploratorium classrooms as they are in their currents condition.
