Officers. This was overnight, down there. Youre looking at northbound 101 near tully road in san jose. This was as they were in the middle of a traffic stop alongside the road. They still have not found this person. It was around 11 30 last night. One of the officers was inside the patrol car, the other outside conducting the stop.
