They say they have a lot of work. They still want to build eight miles of fire line around the fire. They say it is about 10 percent contained. It started at 1 30 yesterday afternoon along Morgan Territory road on the east side of mt. Diablo near clayton. The vegetation there is very dry and discussion susceptible to fire.
