Fire Officials Say that building was partially evacuated. That first floor is all commercial, those Business Owners were all taken out of there as you can imagine theres probably quite a bit of water damage inside there, and the electricity has been shut off because there are power lines in the cellar. If you look at the roof of that building, those residents are just hanging out because fire Officials Say they were not evacuated so theyre just going to wait this out. If you look down it may be hard to see with this fire truck.
