New Delhi, April 14 (IANS) With impressive advances having been made in artificial intelligence (AI), the Indian judiciary has been early to adopt it too. Soon, AI will be tailored for the justice delivery system, playing a vital role in improving administrative efficiency in courts, and aiding in decision-making processes for lawyers, judges and litigants. It’s gone. You have traded in our liberty for perceived security. We will never get it back. The federal government violates the Constitution by ignoring it. What an ingenious way to usher in tyranny! Former President George W. Bush neutralized the Fourth Amendment after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Congress supported Bush’s treasonous action because the public is hell-bent on escaping from freedom.
For those of you who’ve not read the Constitution, the Fourth Amendment is the one the founders wrote that prohibits the government from stealing our private information. The Supreme Court ruled on the side of liberty: that the government is bound by the Constitution to obey the law of the land. The government is a treasonous rogue that considers itself to be above the law. Even Supreme Court rulings mean zero.

Supreme Court Turns Down Trump's Appeal in 'Dreamers' Case - William P.J. Lynch Jr.com

As a possible fallback plan after the Senate’s failure this month, lawmakers could negotiate a short-term patch that would continue the DACA program for a few years, perhaps in exchange for partial funding of Mr. Trump’s wall. Such a deal could be tucked into a broad spending bill that lawmakers must approve by March 23, when government funding is set to expire.
But the court’s move could undercut any momentum to push for even a very narrow deal in the next few weeks, and there has been little evidence of progress toward any kind of bipartisan pact that would be acceptable to Mr. Trump. House Republican leaders still appear focused on a hard-line conservative immigration bill that would be a nonstarter in the Senate.

Supreme x Clayton Patterson SS21 Capsule Collection

Card image cap

In this Article
Supreme announces its latest collaboration for Spring/Summer 2021: a capsule collection with prominent NYC artist Clayton Patterson.
Canadian-born Clayton Patterson gained recognition for his New York City-centric artwork alongside partner Elsa Rensaa. Their shop, Clayton Caps located at 161 Essex St., took shape in the mid-80s and featured embroidery across the front and sides of baseball caps, pioneering the technique which is highly adopted to this day across streetwear. The illustrations featured folkloric designs and were stitched using 100-year-old embroidery machines, resulting in a distinctive look and feel.
The storefont eventually became a gallery that featured other prominent NYC artists like Dash Snow, Boris Lurie, LA II and others, while also featuring artwork from bikers and even religious worshipers. The archive of work housed within 161 Essex St. includes found footage on photo and video, books, postcards, press clippings, stickers, stamped heroin bags, protest signs, fliers and much more. The location continues to serve as a symbol of Patterson’s involvement with community works and activations.

Vilsack on U.S. Fresh Potatoes to Mexico Pt 2
Thursday Apr 1st, 2021
I’m Bob Larson. American potato growers have been waiting patiently for the Mexican Supreme Court to rule on that countries’ ban on U.S. fresh potato imports, without much news of late.
Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack says he spoke recently with Mexico’s Ag Secretary Villalobos who seemed optimistic a positive ruling would be coming soon, but adds if it doesn’t …
VILSACK … “Then the second process that we engaged in is correspondence with the U.S. Trade Representative’s office. And, I’ll have an opportunity later this week to visit with the newly-confirmed trade ambassador to encourage her to do what I think she’s already inclined to do, which is to make sure that there is enforcement of the terms and conditions and the spirit of the USMCA.”

Featured are three distinctive colorways of the 5-Eye Shoe: zebra, black and orange. As its name suggests, the silhouette comes with five pairs of eyelets. It bears a slightly sleeker mold than other Dr. Martens classics, like the 1461 or 3989, and it sports a treaded outsole for added traction. The zebra colorway in this collab features delicate ponyhair uppers, while the black and orange iterations come in smooth vintage leather — all three colorways boast AirWair cushioning for the utmost comfort.
Supreme x Dr. Martens’ SS21 collab will be available at the label’s locations in New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris, as well as its website on April 8, while its Japan-based outposts will have the shoes on April 10.
