Time, we knew this was all we could get at the time which is a shortterm continuing resolution. This is a miserable way to do business. Continuing resolutions are really in evocation of responsibility on behalf of the spotty and for the benefit of the markham people. It doesnt have to be this way. What we are waiting on is an agreement between the leaders of the house and the senate for the rest of 2018 and 2019. We could add that agreement today but our colleagues across the aisle are dragging their feet, to put it mildly, for what . Its the same reason they shut down the government last week. Its over an unrelated immigration issue which i will get to in a moment.
