Pest management is all about using the best available scientific information to manage pest in a way that possess a least risk to the environment. There is a huge overlap as to what puc does. We are using prevention first and saving pesticides until the last resort. Using pesticides we have a very intricate way of screening and what we allow on properties. The important ....

So far weve been tracking fairly close. Its a little bit below when weve had some pretty hot spells. It has gone up during those periods. So we are actually fairly close. We think with a little bit more effort and the campaign we are counting on a lot there and hope to get over the top for in city use. Outside of San Francisco, we are lagging behind and thats where we are working with our wholesale can ustomers to try to make sure we get their use down as well. We are reevaluating how to get that out there to make sure the message is strong and clear and that we all need to conserve. We started to send crews down mom and pop place that put the grease water and pour it down the sewer. We are generating money for that and plus its keeping it out of the sewer. Resource recovery is a big thing for us, not just biogas, any grease related stuff. It was once used. All the water out of our Treatment Plant can be used. 100 percent is being recycled. Its helping the citys goal to meet. So we are trying our very best. Thats great. I think at the department we would be super happy to do that especially on the Renewable Energy to buy gas. I have one more question, what proportion of the 2. 7 billion budget in phase one is devoted to the green programs so to speak. Is that 57 million for the implementation project or is there more than that . The over all budget for the 20 program is somewhere around 400 million.
