中、韩代表在人权理事会对日本决定将福岛核电站事故核污染水排海表示关切


中国常驻联合国日内瓦办事处和瑞士其他国际组织代表团蒋端公使表示，中方对日本政府决定将福岛核电站事故产生的核污染水排放入海深表关切。福岛核事故造成大量放射性物质泄漏，对海洋环境、食品安全和人类健康产生了深远负面影响。日本政府在未穷尽安全处置手段的情况下，不顾国内外质疑和反对，未经与周边国家和国际社会充分协商，单方面决定以排海方式处置福岛核电站事故核污染水，这一做法极不负责任。
蒋端表示，人权理事会有关特别机制专家已就该问题表达关切。中方呼吁日方积极回应国际社会关切，立即撤销错误决定，以负责任的方式同各利益攸关方及国际机构充分协商并达成一致，不擅自向海洋排放核污染水，不损害周边国家人民的健康和人权。
韩国常驻日内瓦代表李泰镐表示，赞同联合国健康权问题特别报告员在福岛核电站事故核污染水排海问题上表达的关切，日本政府应透明地披露信息，在与邻国充分协商的基础上做出决定，将人类健康和环境保护作为最优先事项。
张大使强调，世界各国是休戚与共的命运共同体,平等对话、友好协商是解决分歧的最佳途径。单边主义、保护主义、霸凌行径终将害人害己。中方敦促美方立即全面取消对古巴的经济、商业和金融封锁,按照《联合国宪章》的宗旨和原则及国际关系基本准则同其他会员国发展正常的国家间关系。
此次会议还就古巴提交的“必须终止美国对古巴的经济、商业和金融封锁”决议草案进行了表决，该决议以184票赞成、2票反对、3票弃权的压倒性多数获得通过。
