They took an old vietnam veteran man, put a pacemaker in his heart in this hospital and sent him home. They didnt keep him overnight for observation. His son found him the next morning dead and i am sure he would have been saved if they would have kept him overnight. Any of those three can cause the patients hell. Requiring a veteran to wait 90 days before he can switch to another provider, and you assign them another provider, for a whole year, which means theyre going to get an abuser greater than the one they left and theyre going to be stuck for a whole year with that abuser.
