Reporter traffic was backed up for miles. Caltrans was repaving a halfmile stretch of the southbound side. It was really slow and i had a screaming baby in the back. Reporter the work was supposed to be completed by 3 00 p. M. That time line was pushed back to 9 30 following a twocar accident. Caltrans says a driver went into the newly paved section of road.
