The government cannot legally, constitutionally confiscate weapons. You have an individual right to these things. Arguments i made was that the whole issue of licensing and registration is a moot point. The courts say you cannot have confiscation of the weapons. Another thing that is more clear is that the most enthusiastic gun owners that i mostwith, and the aggressive that i argue with are those that have or want to get their concealed carry permit.
