Bao Ong/Eater Daniel Boulud’s One Vanderbilt restaurant is opening next month New details are out on chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud’s upcoming seafood restaurant Le Pavillon, at One Vanderbilt, the Midtown skyscraper adjacent to Grand Central Terminal. The 11,000-square-foot establishment, at the corner of East 42nd Street and Vanderbilt Avenue, will open on May 19, and begin taking reservations on May 1.
