VIENNA, May 2 — Parties to the Iran nuclear agreement on Saturday adjourned the third round of negotiations in Vienna aimed at bringing the United States back into the accord, with the Russian side expressing “cautious and growing optimism” and saying they hoped to achieve concrete results within three weeks.

Iran’s chief nuclear negotiator said Tehran expects US sanctions on oil, banks and other sectors and on most individuals and institutions to be lifted based on agreements reached so far at talks in Vienna, Iranian state media reported.

Sky News report on Cabinet Minister Michael Gove’s visit to Israel to study the country’s “green pass” scheme as the UK considers introducing coronavirus vaccine passports. The Cabinet Office minister was accompanied by England’s deputy chief medical officer Jonathan Van-Tam on the trip, which Downing Street said was “purely Covid-related”. Gove met with meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Health Minister Yuli Edelstein. In early April, Gove praised in the
