We are acting on the March 12, 2021 letter to the Clerk of Court of the Regional Trial Court, Calbayog City that went viral, and we are assured by top PNP Officials that there is no directive to PLt Fernando G. According to AFP Human Rights Office (AFPHRO) chief Colonel Joel Alejandro Nacnac, the 141 incidents caused the deaths of 32 military personnel and five civilians as well as the wounding of 163 soldiers and 23 civilians. ....
