Now, it looks like Schaffer’s Iced Earth bandmates Stu Block and Luke Appleton are parting ways with the musical project. On Monday, both the vocalist and bassist shared statements confirming they have quit Iced Earth. In his statement, Block says he needed some time to process Schaffer’s arrest and involvement before deciding to leave the band. “Well, there are times and events when you have to take stock and re-evaluate your life, work, and trajectory for the future,” Block says. “That being said I have informed Jon and his current management that I must announce my resignation from Iced Earth with immediate effect. Before I made any personal decision I needed the last few weeks to process the situation as well as respect others in our camp processing the situation. I thank you all very much for respecting this. It’s the best decision in many ways for my personal/ professional growth going forward. Time to move on, heal and prosper. Much love and respect to you all. Don’t fret! Stay tuned for some exciting things to come! Time to embark upon a new chapter. Be good to each other.”
Now, Williams has finally officially confirmed a new Paramore album is really on the way. Over the weekend, the vocalist took part in a fan Q&A on Twitter where she confirmed the news. By the looks of it, she’s as excited for Paramore’s new album as fans are. As well, she has no plans to release a third solo album any time soon. “there are more songs, yeah. but I’m not planning on another solo album. and I’m not sure if they’d be great for Paramore. I’m ready for the next Paramore album. let’s go.”

However, when Rogan asked Musk about aliens, the Tesla CEO seemed rather skeptical. As it turns out, Musk believes if aliens wanted humans to know about them, they would. “Honestly, I think I would know if there were aliens,” he says. “I mean, if they wanted us to know [about them], they could just show up and walk down main street like ‘hey, I’m an alien check me out,'” he says. “‘Here’s my spaceship, I just landed in the middle of Time Square.’ [Then] we’d be like, ‘Okay, we believe you.’ They are very subtle, these aliens.”

Danny Wimmer Presents announced its 2021 festival slate Wednesday, comprised of four festivals scheduled between July and November. DWP's 2021 calendar begins with a new partnership. After successful outings in 2018 and 2019, Inkcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival will return to the Ohio State Reformatory – known to many as the titular prison in "The Shawshank Redemption" – in Mansfield, Ohio, under the Danny Wimmer aegis July 23-25. In 2019, the festival grossed $2.48 million with a lineup topped by Shinedown, Godsmack and Five Finger Death Punch.

The band seemed to like this, so a few months after, they announced a new livestream with live performances of songs voted on by fans.
Elation lights rock concert on Sacramento Bridge Thursday, 28 January 2021 USA - Last November, rock band Dance Gavin Dance performed their new album Tree City Sessions 2 in its entirety on Tower Bridge in Sacramento, California, a setting that provided a visually stunning framework for the introduction of their latest music. The PPV concert, executive produced by Danny Wimmer Presents, was lit by Justin Wade and Sacramento Production & Lighting (SPL) using a rig of Elation Professional luminaires. Formed in 2005, Dance Gavin Dance hail from Sacramento and are local favourites. Last February, the band had just started a tour to promote a new album release when the shutdown hit. Tour manager Travis Wade and Dion Cook of SPL decided to see if there was a market for pay-per-view streaming of the band, a project that culminated in a successful July PPV concert from a recording studio set up in a converted space in SPL’s warehouse.
