Should the current Congress, under the care of the Democratic Socialists, have the right to pass new legislation - H.R. 1 - attempting to strip these 50 states united from managing their own elections?

No, the partisan passing of H.R. 1, by only the Democratic Socialists, to create an illegitimate rich environment to corrupt elections and control the ballot box is fully unconstitutional.

Beaufort County Commissioners Pass Watered Down Resolution to Fully Re-open Schools

This issue of continued bad Democratic Socialist political behavior, to the detriment of our society and our children, appears to remain a lesser issue for a majority of Beaufort County's commissioners at the March 1, 2021 general meeting.
It was my vision, my words, North Carolina's great problem, the general assembly's senate initiative, and our state's Democratic Socialist Governor's negligence in favor of political expediency, while Beaufort County's Commissioners just could not make a suitable stand to do what is immutably right. Instead, Beaufort County's governing board opted for a watered down version of a partial truth, and in the end will probably fail to make any difference whatsoever.

With no legislated Mask Mandate in North Carolina, and with vaccinations becoming ever more prevalent: What is your personal Mask Mandate?

I will wear a mask, once fully vaccinated, as a courtesy to those present, or when required by proprietors.

I will not wear a mask because it does not comport with my better health requirements, and, or my ideals.

I am pretty much a shut-in here, but, I will wear the mask if you think it best.

Fifty-six years ago I began my teaching career in a social studies classroom at Garner High School. I taught a freshman course in Government/Geography and a senior course in Advanced Government, along with a section of U. S. History. If I say so myself, I was a good teacher, in large measure because I believed in what I was teaching. I was proud to be an American and wanted every one of my students to understand why. I admired the Constitution and those who founded our nation. I taught my students that
they were responsible for making sure that our government did the right thing and that any official, elected or appointed, should be held accountable by the voters. I lied.

    It was a historic moment in the presidential history of this public, and I was determined to try to make some sense of it even though the more I witnessed these proceedings, the more I found them utterly senseless until there was a wee bit of logic of the real emanating in low pulses from the defense team headed up by Michael Van der Veen, David Schoen, and Bruce Castor.
