There’s a new buzzword for those of us feeling a bit stale or in a life rut: repotting. Just as you or I might look at a slightly blighted or fading plant jammed into its old terracotta home and think, “Eek, time to go up a size”, experts are now applying that term to us.
We are the ones with the roots all gnarled up together and packed into a space – emotional or physical – where there’s just no more room to grow in any sense of the word. But luckily, the concept comes with a genuine solution. Repotting yourself is as possible as repotting your azaleia it turns out. And it can be just as successful.
