poles. police tell us the car actually drove along the sidewalk here made it past that narrow opening then made hard right that the store. san jose joseed this pet of the man they have in custod custody. 33-year-old man has been booked on suspicion of assault with deadly weapon hit-and-run resisting arrest and being under the influence of drugs. >> these are symptoms that were obvious to the
